Someone who doesnt just write the plan but actually hits publish.This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning ideas into action, and knows how to use AI to get more done without compromising quality. No endless stakeholder layers. No handballing to agencies. Just real ownership and the tools to move quickly.What youll be doingLeading the full marketing calendar, from campaign themes to lead gen sprintsCreating smart, engaging content that connects with the right audienceManaging digital performance across paid and organic channelsBuilding and improving nurture journeys and automations using tools like HubSpotOptimising the website to drive traffic and increase conversionsPartnering with Sales, Product and Client teams to align marketing with growth goalsUsing AI tools to speed up content creation and campaign deliveryWorking with a small agency pool for things like design or SEO, while keeping core execution in-houseYou might be the one ifYouve got 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, HR tech or servicesYoure a doer who can write, publish, build, and optimise without needing layers of supportYoure a natural content creator with strong copy instinctsYou know your way around CMS, CRM, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Canva and similar toolsYou already use AI in your day-to-day marketing executionYou move fast, stay curious, and care as much about results as you do storytellingInterested?This is a rare opportunity to shape a function inside a company that sees marketing as a growth driver, not a support act.
