About the Company & Role As a well-established and privately-owned civil contractor serving clients across infrastructure, mining, and energy sectors, our client is experiencing a period of sustained growth. They have engaged Infracon Australia to source a versatile, pragmatic, and ambitious Project Manager for their Karratha office, supporting civil projects with both new and existing public and private sector clients in the Pilbara region. About You You should be a hands-on, pragmatic, and grounded individual with strong relationship-building skills and good commercial acumen. Working within a small leadership team, we seek an experienced civil Project Manager willing to collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, take pride in growing the company, and contribute to evolving policies, procedures, and systems. Candidate Criteria Minimum of 15 years industry experience, including 5 years in project/package management Strong background in bulk earthwork projects and mine infrastructure in the Pilbara Proven success in executing projects over $5m Experience in tendering and estimating is highly advantageous Prior experience working on projects within the Australian mining and resources sector Preference for candidates already residing in Karratha or seeking a lifestyle change to the coast Must have Australian Work Rights Additional Notes This role requires the successful candidate to live long-term in Karratha unless already based there.
