Our shared goal is to prioritize each clients financial needs and aspirations, support our communities, and positively impact lives in ethical and meaningful ways.Our values:A culture of partnership.A relationship of trust.A track record of performance.A passion for excellence.A wealth of knowledge.About the role:The Relationship Manager will work with a Relationship Director and support staff to implement our distribution strategy by:Assisting the RD with lending strategies, credit analysis, and managing deals through various stages in home, investment, and commercial lending.Supporting the maintenance and retention of existing client relationships and managing the client retention strategy.This role involves supporting sales and growth targets while providing exceptional service to our core clients.Key responsibilities include:Building client relationships to address their lending needs, managing transactions from application to settlement, including credit approval and documentation.Implementing and developing the client retention strategy, including marketing KPIs.Collaborating with administrative support and providing mentoring as needed.Managing relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging internal resources to maximize satisfaction and retention.Working with clients accountants to understand financial goals and assist in achieving them.Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress and providing feedback.Maintaining and growing an existing client network.Delivering high-quality care and service, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.Qualifications and skills:Degree (preferable)Cert IV in mortgage broking and finance brokingRelevant experience in sales or processing within broking, banking, or financial servicesAbility to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environmentClient-focused approach and ethical conductEntrepreneurial mindsetWillingness to contribute to team successStrong client relationship skills and experience managing a client bookKnowledge of the Australian lending market and regulatory environmentFinancial analysis, credit writing, and approval standards expertiseAttention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
