This position will also play a significant role in the implementation of the organisation''s talent development activities and assist in the design and development of new training materials to develop and retain talent.Main Responsibilities:Assist the Learning & Development Manager in the implementation of training strategies, initiatives, and programsAssist in monitoring the progress of new boutique team members during their first 90 days, reviewing on a weekly basis, and providing additional training as requiredSchedule timely trainee assessments for new team membersSchedule and coordinate external training programs for boutique team members (e.g., brand partner training) and corporate support colleagues (e.g., seminars, workshops, conferences)Collate training reports, feedback, and evaluations for management review on the effectiveness of trainingEnsure all planned training programs are promptly and accurately communicated to the nominated team membersDesign and develop contextualised learning & development materials such as presentations, videos, and props based on business needsMaintain learning management systems, such as user account management, module management, and management reportingMaintain up-to-date training attendance and recordsSupport and handle internal and external audits related to the company''s L&D mattersAdditional ad-hoc tasks, projects, or duties as requested from time to timeRequirements:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources or a related field desirablePrevious experience with a strong focus on L&D responsibilities desirablePrevious retail experience is an added advantageKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient in using PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Table and LOOKUP functions)Knowledge of HR Information Systems is an added advantageAble to multi-task, meticulous, committed, and a good team playerPossess a positive working attitude, be self-driven, analytical, and able to work under pressure to handle administrative mattersAble to work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSIONAt Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
