Fuller is proud to be a certified B Corp, a Climate Active Carbon Neutral Organisation, and is committed to meaningful reconciliation initiatives.About the RoleReporting to the Board and Managing Directors, and working closely with the General Manager, you will:Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting and compliance.Provide insightful financial modelling and analysis to support decision-making.Develop, manage and deliver the annual financial plan and strategic forecasts.Ensure all business, regulatory and company secretarial obligations are met.Be a collaborative and strategic voice across teams, driving financial accountability and continuous improvement.Bring a hands-on, proactive leadership style to the financial management of the agency.About YouWe are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who is both highly analytical and a proactive communicator.
