Add expected salary to your profile for insights.A wonderful opportunity for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join a global business managing and providing day-to-day HR services, including handling the full employee cycleattraction, performance management, talent management, career development, and compensation and benefitsin alignment with local and group guidelines.This is a full-time, permanent role with a fabulous global organization, offering Fridays working from home!Adecco is delighted to partner with our client, a global technology company operating in over 100 countries worldwide.DescriptionAs a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Regional/Sectoral - United/Local HR Manager in all HR matters within your designated area of responsibility.Anticipating and addressing HR needs, both operationally and strategically, by liaising effectively with the HR department and business management.Providing expert guidance to local managers and the management team on HR issues, fostering a robust HR network to align services with organizational goals.Collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the organization.Enhancing internal mobility by linking HR teams across regions to facilitate smooth internal transfers, which is essential for talent development and retention.Managing internal transfers efficiently by coordinating with stakeholders such as Heads of Departments and HR teams, securing consensus from both regions, and managing payroll outsourcing to a third party, preferably with SAP background.Ensuring compliance with HR processes and legal regulations, including local and international labor laws.Collaborating with management to identify development needs and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and satisfaction.Engaging with external/internal legal advisors when necessary and promoting effective internal communication through employee briefings and workshops.Planning and executing talent programs aligned with the company''s talent management strategy, including recruitment and onboarding for apprentices and trainees, contributing to building a skilled workforce and positive organizational culture.ProfileTo be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:Minimum of 10 years of experience working within HR.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and a fast learner.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise globally.Proactive, driven, and self-motivated.Job OfferAs a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be part of the APAC team, working with a dynamic, service-minded team that is both national and international, offering:Competitive benefits packageWFH FridaysFree parkingTo be considered for this opportunity, please APPLY NOW.
