With two decades of sustainable growth behind them, they are now entering an exciting phase of accelerated expansion.Your new roleReporting to the CEO, this is a pivotal senior leadership opportunitycommercially astute, strategically focused and hands-on in naturedesigned to drive transformation, enhance performance, and deliver precision at both executive and board levels.Lead and develop a high-performing finance teamUse data-driven insights to oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecastingDeliver financial analysis and recommendations to promote strategic decision-making, drive profitability, and enhance business performanceRefine and implement a strong governance framework, ensuring compliance with tax, audit, risk and regulatory requirements whilst mitigating riskPrepare and deliver financial reports, management accounts and statutory obligationsWhat you''ll need to succeedThis role calls for a true business partnersomeone with the leadership skills to influence critical and strategic decisions through data-led insights.Youll bring proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, either within a small-to-medium enterprise or as a 2IC within a larger organisation. A strong foundation in property, retail, or hospitality is essential, with deep expertise in leasing. Experience in a Big 4 environment will be highly regarded.
