Were passionate about helping our clients achieve their talent goals, and were just as committed to creating meaningful, engaging work for our own teams.We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our partnership with our Financial Services client .This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite with a highly regarded client while also enjoying the flexibility and support of the Harrier team.What youll be doingIn this role, youll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of specialist roles across a dedicated portfolio - Workers Compensation. Youll:Lead end-to-end volume recruitment across specialist and niche positions within workers compensationWork onsite 23 days per week at our client''s office, with flexible work arrangementsPartner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategiesCreate an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teamsLeverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-makingDrive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technologyQualifications-What youll bring:Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships.
