If you aim to build impactful solutions for enterprises, Infosys is the right place for you.Role:Lead ConsultantLocation:MelbourneSalary:AUD 129,311 142,018 (Annual Gross)Note:The salary range is indicative and may be adjusted based on internal processes.Roles and Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to collections to identify trends and improvement areas.Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to collection processes for better efficiency.Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on collection performance with key metrics and KPIs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with collections, IT, and other teams to implement improvements.Strategy Development: Assist in developing collection strategies to optimize recovery and minimize losses.Compliance: Ensure activities adhere to regulations and policies.Technology Utilization: Use collection software and tools to streamline processes.Training and Support: Train staff on new systems and processes.Experience: 5-8 years in a business analyst role, preferably in banking or financial services.Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Knowledge of collections processes and regulations.Experience with collections software and systems.Additional Skills:Detail-oriented with high accuracy.Proactive and self-motivated.Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments.Inclusivity and Contact:Infosys provides adjustments for individuals with disabilities or health conditions.
