They are seeking a full-time Finance Broker to join their team.The RoleThis is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, plus superannuation. The role is based in Norwest, New South Wales.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on suitable finance products and services to meet their needs.Provide customised loan options tailored to clients financial situations.Conduct in-depth analysis of clients'' financial profiles to assess their borrowing capacity from various lenders.Assist clients in obtaining loans, mortgages, and other finance products.Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with lenders on behalf of clients.Analyze clients'' financial situations thoroughly and recommend appropriate finance and lending products.Prepare and process loan and mortgage applications.Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and financial institutions.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial transactions.Guarantee confidentiality and security of clients'' financial information.Provide post-transaction support and address any client concerns.RequirementsDiploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking or a closely related field.At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Broker or in a related field.Experience with finance and lending products, including loans, mortgages, and asset and commercial finance.Understanding of Australian financial regulations, including NCCP Act and ASIC guidelines.Ability to analyze clients'' financial situations and offer tailored solutions.Proven negotiation skills with lenders for loan terms and interest rates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.Experience in processing and managing loan and mortgage applications.Ability to develop and grow a client base through effective business development.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios.Application ProcessPlease include your first and last name, email, country code, and CV/Resume in your application.Indicate your eligibility to work in the country: Yes or No.#J-18808-Ljbffr
