Here, youll be part of a team, empowered to explore, experience, and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleThe Head of Risk oversees risk management in specific Crown Property & Crown Group Functions, ensuring adherence to the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Risk & Control Frameworks (R&CF), Risk Appetite Statement Policy (RAS), and other relevant policies.You will collaborate with all lines of business, management, and staff to embed, maintain, and operate the RMF and related frameworks, applying effective risk management and control strategies across your scope of responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and report on compliance with risk management requirements within the Property/Group Function, including roles and responsibilities in the RMF and supporting systems.Review and optimize risk profiles of all lines of business within your scope, ensuring quality, completeness, and accuracy according to standards.Develop risk reporting for the Property/Group Function that meets the standards required by the Group General Manager, Risk, supporting governance processes.Oversee and report on risks, controls, incidents, issues, and events within your scope.Act as the senior Business Partner for Risk, supporting your designated Property/Group Function in deploying, embedding, and operating the Risk Management Framework and policies.About you10+ years of experience in Risk Management roles or related competencies in ASX-listed or large organizations.Experience in senior Risk Management roles within large, regulated environments, preferably in Financial Services.Proven experience in developing risk management frameworks and maintaining risk profiles aligned with standards such as APRA SPS/CPS220.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and delivering complex risk strategies.Experience developing risk-based reports for executive management and boards.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from usAlongside exciting career opportunities, we offer diverse experiences and learning opportunities.
