Join us toImpact the Future.Job DescriptionAs a Managing Consultant (Mobility) within Egis Transport business line, your role involves managing client relationships, developing proposals, and delivering technical excellence and client satisfaction on projects across the ANZ region.What Youll DoLead and manage a team to meet client and project requirements, ensuring successful delivery within time and budgetIdentify and qualify new clients, develop pursuit plans, and manage bid activitiesGenerate new work and maintain existing client relationships for profitable businessProvide expertise in traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, and approval processesAdvise clients on transport planning, infrastructure, and network design for various modesDevelop and implement project recommendations within budget and scheduleUndertake traffic impact assessments and business case analysesQualificationsApplicants should have at least 10 years experience in a similar consultancy role, with:Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Urban Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Business, Economics)Understanding of transport and urban planning, placemaking, and assessmentsExperience with public sector projects and team leadershipProject management skills across full project cyclesSuccess in proposal development and business pursuitsGIS experience is desirableStrong communication and critical thinking skillsAdditional InformationFlexible work arrangements are considered.
