We innovate through a culture of experimentation and ownership, enhancing the ability for our customers to experience the world.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior business partners on impactful projects.Assist in developing business cases related to Agodas strategic priorities.Own parts of the companys forecasts.Contribute to key analysis and reporting packs.Be part of a diverse international team of finance professionals.Support effective decision-making by providing necessary information.Minimum Requirements7-9 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or FP&A.Proven experience in variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus.Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelors Degree or higher in a business-related or quantitative field.Finance/Accounting qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACA, CIMA) are advantageous.Experience in a digital company is beneficial.Willingness to learn SQL and Tableau if not already proficient.Additional InformationLocation: Bangkok (relocation provided).
