The-day-to-day: As the first point of contact at One55, our customer service team provides members with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. This role is responsible for general reception duties, managing the membership database, assisting with membership sales, preparing cafe food and beverage items, and ensuring the gym floor is well-presented at all times. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management are essential.
