Role Overview Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements. Main Duties Mailroom duties Reception duties File creation and retrieval Data entry and administrative tasks Handle and resolve phone and email enquiries Ad hoc administrative duties as required Some moderate to heavy lifting Key Requirements Current valid drivers license, with ability to drive a van in the CBD and possibly heavy traffic Willingness to travel to various sites within the CBD, Mitcham, and Mulgrave Mailroom and reception experience is an advantage; training will be provided at all sites Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Exceptional presentation and communication skills Ability to work well within or lead a team Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations Additional Information We believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
