You will also identify methods to enhance the efficiency of dewatering operations, perform regular inspections, and ensure all dewatering pumps and systems operate effectively.Key Accountabilities:Promote safety awareness, adhere to safe work practices, and ensure environmentally responsible operations.Execute daily dewatering activities, including pump checks and water level inspectionsMaintain accurate daily records of equipment performance and availability.Manage sumps to ensure clean water discharge aligns with company policies and procedures.Inspect, maintain, and relocate dewatering infrastructure, including pipelines and valves.Successful Applicant Requirements:Previous experience operating dewatering systems and infrastructure.Demonstrated experience in poly welding (fusion, hotplate, extrusion).Experience in poly sheet welding is highly desirable.Ticket and experience in an Integrated Tool (IT) loader.Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.Prior experience operating a non-slew mobile crane is desirable.Understanding of basic equipment maintenance and servicing.Basic mining industry knowledge.Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations.Familiarity with road rules, equipment capabilities, control systems, gauges, warning indicators, and emergency procedures.At MRM, we prioritize employment opportunities for Northern Territory residents and those willing to relocate.Current Glencore employees applying for this position may be required to discuss their application with their supervisor or manager prior to an interview.For more information email mrmjobs@glencore.com.au.Note: We may conduct interviews and make hires before the advertising period ends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
