Join our inclusive community, where you can collaborate with talented colleagues, bring your ideas to life, and advance your career, all while delivering innovative healthcare solutions to patients.Job DescriptionSCOPE:This position will support to the Commercial Team team in APAC and will be responsible for office management and marketing support and general administrative tasks as assigned.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:This role reports to the Customer Service and Office Manager - APAC.RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES:1. Office AdministrationManage daily office operations including visitor greetings, meeting room arrangements, office supplies, mail distribution, and administrative support to the Customer Service team.Support office errands and assist other departments with local errands when needed.Oversee facilities management for the Sales Office, including managing utilities maintenance contracts, service providers, license renewals, attending landlord briefings, coordinating fire drills, and maintaining office and pantry utilities.Act as the Site Coordinator for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters, supporting policy implementation, managing the visitor policy, preparing monthly and quarterly HSE reports and inspections, and assisting in audits and meetings.Manage the office security system and ensure timely service and repair as required.2. Marketing AdministrationSupport the APAC Marketing department with marketing administration, budgeting, project scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as physician education programs, conferences, symposia, and internal events, including travel and venue arrangements, attendee communications, speaker contracts, and vendor management.Manage event administration including invoicing, payments, and event materials.Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and internal communications.Coordinate the distribution of marketing collaterals across the APAC region.Proactively contribute to marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve operational efficiency, while supporting other ad-hoc projects as needed.QualificationsDiploma in business management , marketing or other related disciplines.Candidates must be local to SingaporeAt least 2 years of experience with administrative duties and event management required.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Able to adapt to changes quickly.Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment highly preferredExcellent verbal and writing skills in English and ChineseIndependent, mature, meticulous and team playerAdditional InformationDo you want to be part of something bigger?
