About The Role We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Manager - Australia to lead our growth in the Australian market. This role is the go-to for all local marketing strategy and execution, focusing on building awareness, generating high-quality leads, and delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, product, and sales teams to realize a compelling vision for our Australian brands. This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing strategy in a rapidly scaling travel business with ambitious goals. Responsibilities Implement and lead the Australian marketing strategy across all FTG brands, aligning campaigns with lead generation and brand objectives. Ensure consistent messaging and enhance on-site and off-site content. Drive SEO efforts, manage partnerships with influencers and tourism organizations, and lead targeted digital campaigns. Monitor performance continuously and collaborate across teams to refine strategies and align with the FTG brand vision. Qualifications 5+ years in marketing or brand management, preferably within travel or tourism. Proven experience managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools. Experience working with tourism boards, trade partners, or global brands. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for travel and storytelling that sparks curiosity and discovery. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
