As a Technical Records Assistant, you will have a strong ability to focus on detail and procedures supported by excellent communication and prioritisation skills.The ability to work autonomously and within a small team is essential.Primary Role & ResponsibilitiesCollect and maintain technical records for the Engineering services team, such as aircraft records, aircraft logbooks and component history cardsProcess data into the Aircraft Maintenance System (Aeronet)Ensure aircraft maintenance is completed and an audit schedule has been maintained for logbook records, technical records and aircraft subscriptionsReport complex issues that may hinder completion of component changes or complianceIdentify and communicate any hazards or health and safety issues within the workplaceEnsure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achievedProvide support to Engineering and Maintenance teamAd hoc duties as requiredComplete site inductions for new staffAssist with any IT queries / issues that ariseProvide effective administrative support to the team leaderPrepare various documentsUndertake general administration tasks to ensure the effective operations of the departmentPersonal QualitiesTimely and accurate data entry skillsAptitude for mathsAbility to problem solve and multi taskSelf-motivation in a fast-paced team environmentExcellent communication skillsGood understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft suite, Excel, Word, Outlook.Experience with aviation maintenance tracking programs (Aeronet desirable however training will be provided)Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detailThe successful applicant will be provided with industry specific on-the-job training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
