This role is perfect for someone with solid medical leadership experience!Key Responsibilities:Lead and coach a high-performing teamOversee day-to-day operations of the practiceManage financial performance and budgetingEnsure infection control, stock management, and high-quality patient careHandle recruitment and staff managementMarket the practice to drive patient numbersRequirements:Available full-time (38 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm.Medical Practice Manager experience requiredExperience with Best Practice Software is preferableLeadership experience requiredStrong organisational, time management, and communication skillsAbility to manage difficult situations and solve problems promptlyExcellent customer service and business acumenReceptionist (Full Time or Part Time)We also have multipleReceptionist positions available for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and patient care.Key Responsibilities:Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experienceAnswer phone calls, schedule and manage appointmentsSupport the practice manager and clinical team with day-to-day operationsProcess payments via EFTPOS, HICAPS, and MedicareMaintain patient confidentiality and ensure high-end careRequirements:Available for either full time or part time work (at least 3 days per week)Previous health receptionist experience is requiredExperience with Best Practice Software is preferableStrong communication and organisational skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careHow to Apply:Apply nowto join our dedicated team!
