Sumo Logic is seeking a new Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in sales.Role Overview: As an SDR, you will play a critical role in our sales process and in the success of our ANZ sales team by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunitiesResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and prospect new customersBook outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networkingEngage with prospects, including C-suite and directors, to drive interestDeliver targeted marketing content to prospectsUtilize a modern tech stack, including 6Sense, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, etc.Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute a joint territory "plan-of-attack," identifying and targeting prospects with the right messaging at the right timeRequired Qualifications and Skills2+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS sales environment or similar sales roles (Sales, BDR, etc.)Desired Qualifications and SkillsProven track record in outbound lead generation and consistently over-achieving quotasStrong hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-organized with strong follow-through and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEagerness to learn, grow, and be coachedGenuine passion for technology and salesBachelors degree is a plus#LI-REMOTEAbout UsSumo Logic, Inc. empowers the people who power modern, digital business.
