In this role, you will manage a portfolio of cases from end to end, ensuring compliance with client agreements and maintaining daily communication with Customers, Clients, and Service Providers. Accountabilities include: Performing service delivery tasks, maintaining case systems and databases according to SLAs or management requirements. Maintaining excellent relationships with Clients, Suppliers, and Customers through written and verbal communication. Recording time in accordance with Sedgwicks Time & Cost Recording Policy. Preparing and issuing billings and invoices. About you: Previous office administration experience, ideally in insurance. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
