As a Business Banking Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of business development plans to attain lending targets and KPIs, and actively develop and maintain relationships with business customers.In the role you will:Actively develop and manage a diverse portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners to maximise new business opportunitiesPromote Beyond Bank in the business community, particularly with professionals, including accountants, lawyers and financial plannersProvide a high level of service to customers focused on building strong, trusted enduring relationships.Achieve personal business banking targets, as well as contribute to the overall Business Banking Team resultsProduce lending submissions that thoroughly assess business lending opportunities including compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation / regulationsProactive networking, relationship building, and identifying new business and referral opportunitiesQualificationsAbout youAs a skilled Business Banker, you possess a unique blend of financial expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building abilities that set you apart in the banking sector. With a deep understanding of the complexities of business finance, you excel at identifying opportunities and crafting tailored banking solutions to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
