If this does not apply to you, please use the ''Apply'' option.As an Administration Assistant, you will manage a portfolio of cases from end to end, ensuring compliance with client agreements and maintaining daily communication with Customers, Clients, and Service Providers.Accountabilities:Perform service delivery tasks, maintain case systems and databases according to SLAs and management requirements.Maintain excellent relationships with Clients, Suppliers, and Customers through written and verbal communication.Record time in accordance with Sedgwicks Time & Cost Recording Policy.Prepare and issue billings and invoices.About You:Previous office administration experience, ideally in insurance.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.Caring CountsAt Sedgwick, caring is at our core.
