Our team draw on their depth of industry experience to create a rewarding learning environment and our vision is to be the benchmark for quality education and training.The Administration Assistant is the first point of contact at AICE and responsible for ensuring that visitors and students are treated to a wonderful customer service experience. The role is also relied upon to remain highly organised and proactive, in order to provide various administrative supports to the staff who work at the AICE office.Responsibilities and DutiesWe are looking for an energetic, positive and friendly people-person who will relish the opportunity to wear different hats, help out with whatever is required at the office from day-to-day and who will take pride in playing a role in the ongoing growth and success of AICE. Our ideal candidate will have strong technological aptitude, excellent communication skills and find it easy to remain organised whilst juggling a constantly changing list of priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to all incoming contact via phone, email and in personRedirecting training inquiries to the most appropriate personProviding timely, effective administrative support to the RTO Manager and AICE''s TrainersSupporting students with enrolments, inductions, information sessions and with obtaining workplace compliance documentsManaging and maintaining the the storage and archiving of client training recordsAssisting with miscellaneous tasks around the office such as catering requests, tidying the premises, meeting room bookings and ordering office suppliesThis role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our charming AICE office in the heart of the Perth CBD!Skills, Attributes and ExperiencePrevious or current work experience within the VET/Training industry will be highly regardedExcellent computer skills, and the ability to pick up new systems easilyA bubbly, positive person with strong communication and listening skillsAICE are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
