This role is based around Western Sydney and is open to both full-time and part-time hours with flexible working arrangements and work from home options. Responsibilities include: Providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding Promoting independence and restoring functional abilities to enable clients to remain living at home Your team: You will join an established team that believes in discovering whats possible in peoples lives and empowering them to live well. About you: Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency Postgraduate experience working with aged care services, including community settings Ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients Knowledge of wellness, re-ablement, and restorative care approaches Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Computer literacy and willingness to use required software for a work-from-home role Understanding of and alignment with BaptistCares Christian values Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance About Us: BaptistCare supports thousands of people across 90 locations in NSW, ACT, and WA.
