Are you ready for your next challenge?We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team based in Perths CBD. This role will involve infrequent travel to other Harvest Road Group sites as required.Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will assist with internal management reporting for the Harvest Road Group.Your role will involve:Managing the accounting function for the Cattle Breeding and Backgrounding, Horticultural and Management Services businesses, including maintenance of accounting ledgers, internal financial reporting, and analysis.Assisting in developing and implementing financial business process improvements.Performing weekly and monthly analysis, including weekly sales, profit, operations, cattle performance, and station cost reporting.Preparing payment claims for external customers of Harvest Road Management Services.Assisting with the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.Our ideal candidate will have:CA or CPA qualification.Minimum 4 years of combined experience in public practice and commercial roles.High-level verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work constructively within high-performing teams.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a desire to identify efficiencies.Experience in preparing detailed reports on a timely basis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective time management and organizational skills.An understanding of delivering excellent internal and external customer service.Experience in the agricultural industry is advantageous.Comfortable with Microsoft Navision/Business Central and Power BI.What is in it for you:A safe, encouraging, and family-oriented work environment.Located at OneNinety in Perths CBD, close to parking and public transport.Attractive remuneration package.Opportunities for training, development, and career growth.Flexible working options.Employee Assistance Program.Staff discounts and other benefits.Please submit your application with a cover letter and current resume by clicking the Apply button.
