Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordination and Management of quality therapy service delivery across your teamDelivering a high level of Customer Service and developing relationships with families & clientsSupervision of a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Teachers, Senior Clinicians, and operational staffManaging caseload allocations, discipline referrals and upskilling staff based on referralsMaintaining a small caseloadCoaching and training Therapists to deliver individual and group therapyCentre operations including WSH and implementation of organisational policiesDevelopment of local Strategic PartnershipsQuality management of therapy ProgramsOur School Age Intervention team is looking for a permanent, part-time Team Leader to work three days per week as part of a job-share arrangement.Our Early Intervention team are looking for a full-time Team Leader to cover maternity leave for eight months, with the possibility of extension.About YouWe are looking for previous experience in a leadership role in a relevant Therapy Service. In this role, you will also have:Degree in your relevant fieldRegistration with APRHA, membership with Speech Pathology Australia or relevant governing bodyDemonstrated leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTo join our team you must complete required clearances including an NDIS Workers Check.There are many benefits to working at the Association.
