Were looking for a true relief professional someone who can travel to any of our Discovery Parks across Australia, often at short notice, and support our teams on the ground.About The RoleThis is a casual, on-call position suited to someone with full flexibility and mobility.Please NoteCasual role no guarantee of regular workPaid only while on assignmentTravel costs to and from your home base and the park are covered (flights or driving)Accommodation provided during assignmentsAssignments vary in duration from a couple of weeks to a few monthsMay be required at short noticeLocations can be anywhere across AustraliaResponsibilities while on assignment include but are not limited to:Lead daily park operations, including after-hours calloutsDeliver outstanding guest serviceSupport and guide teams to maintain service and operational standardsCommunicate clearly with permanent park managers and complete thorough handoversFollow established park procedures and systemsAssist with rostering, recruitment, and basic HR tasksOversee park budgets and compliance with WHS and brand standardsComplete office administration and reporting using RMS or similar systemsAbout YouDue to the nature of the relief role, it''s essential you have the flexibility and mobility to travel to any of our parks.
