Senior Office AdministratorLocation: Melbourne CBDSalary: $65k - $80k base salary (dependent on experience)About the Role:On behalf of our client, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator to join a high-performing team in a global funds management business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and professional running of the workplace, blending office management, reception, admin, and culture-building responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including building access and maintenance issues. Maintain kitchen and stationery supplies.Reception & Guest Experience: Answer the main phone line, manage the general inbox, greet guests, and assist with meeting room technology.Administrative Support: Support the Financial Controller with service provider onboarding and review processes. Assist the People & Culture Manager with compliance tracking and reporting.Wellbeing & Engagement: Lead staff wellness initiatives and organise team events, celebrations, and office activities.Finance Team Assistance: Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with invoice reconciliation in Xero.About You:You are an energetic, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
