Community Services Manager - Therapy & Behaviour Support Newcastle, NSW Full Time Lead with purpose. Support with heart. As Community Services Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of programs, including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Psychoeducation, Peer Support, Family Intervention Services, and more. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, strengths-based, and impactful services. You will report to the Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for daily operations, including planning, budgeting, team development, and service innovation. Requirements Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field, Psychology, Social Work/Science (current registration) 3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care Operational management experience including budgets, planning, and service delivery Passion for person-centered, capacity-building approaches Strong understanding of disability, aged care, and early intervention services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills NSW WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, First Aid, Drivers Licence Bonus skills include: Advanced Behavioural Support Practitioner Management or Business qualifications Experience across NDIS, Education, Aged Care, Child & Family services Who We Are Formerly known as the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Newcastle Anglican is a faith-based organization serving the Hunter and Central Coast regions.
