As the Senior Advisor, First Nations Talent at NSW Treasury, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and implementation of our Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES). This is your chance to lead the creation of innovative programs, policies, and initiatives that will shape how Treasury attracts, recruits, develops, and retains First Nations talent, while fostering a culturally capable and inclusive workplace.In this dynamic role, you will deliver cutting-edge, customer-focused talent acquisition solutions that align with our strategic plans. You will manage the entire First Nations Talent recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding and developing them into key contributors within Treasury.Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with various teams within Treasury, including our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging streams, the Reconciliation delivery team, and Treasurys First Nations Advisory Council.
