Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical, and bulk earthworks. Key accountabilities for the position Run pre-starts & toolbox talks to communicate construction activities effectively to site-based teams Safety management and maintaining safe systems and processes for everyone on site Quality management Responsible for the efficient deployment of labour, plant, and other resources to the allocated project areas Ensure all works are planned and executed to meet or exceed budget expectations Maintain 2-week look-aheads and contribute to planning and programming Support, guide, and develop direct reports proactively Follow the approved construction sequences and methods prescribed in the Work-packs Foster a professional culture of integrity, respect, and inclusivity in line with our values Required Skills Significant experience working on civil infrastructure projects as a supervisor, especially with civils and earthworks packages Effective communication skills with problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing abilities Extensive experience in project management, reporting, planning, commercial acumen, and digital tools Current driver''s license, health and safety certification, white card What we offer At ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where employees can grow and develop their careers.
