This is a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees. You will deliver high-quality service and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. You''ll work closely with our HR Business Partnering team to assist in delivering a seamless employee experience through every stage of the employee lifecycle. This includes issuing employment contracts, coordinating inductions, processing employee changes, and managing exits. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurately processed, conducting HR inductions, and following up to maintain a consistent and engaging onboarding experience. Your role will also involve supporting our HR Centres of Expertise with calendar activities, projects, and transformational initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization.About youYou are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for providing exceptional support and service. Your expertise enables you to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation with confidence and accuracy. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to your work and are confident in navigating complex issues with a calm, solution-focused approach. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities makes you a reliable first point of contact for HR queries. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or progress toward one, is desirable. Your enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative team environment is essential.
