About the role: Location: Warrandyte Gardens Care Community, Ringwood North Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Lead the Meaningful Life program within the Care Community Develop opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events, and activities for all residents Drive Opal HealthCare initiatives including Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands Create programs to support residents physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, enhancing their overall quality of life Develop resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessments Collaborate with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide tailored approaches for each resident to promote mobility and independence Coach care team members to facilitate meaningful engagement among residents with similar interests Liaise with residents to develop activities that meet their cultural, spiritual, social, and physical needs and preferences Engage with residents families to encourage visitation and socialization Demonstrate Person-Centred Care principles in your approach This is not just a job but a career!
