They will mentor, coach and lead the team to deliver service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. They will work closely with their team and Manager to provide direction, instruction, and guidance for the purposes of achieving best practice and superior service to our clients and advisers.Responsibilities include:Coordinating a team in a fast paced and agile environmentWorking with Management to ensure trained staff, systems and processes are in place to cope with demand so that we can respond quickly to client needs.Meeting high standard of customer service expectationsManaging conflicting prioritiesMaintaining a customer focus to ensure we are able to identify and react to their evolving needsOverseeing Non-custodial asset reviews and classificationsManaging wholesale investment reviews and processes across the IDPS Premium Service.About you:You have an excellent understanding of team responsibilities, processes, and ability to coordinatePossess expertise in ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and other unlisted assetsYou are self-motivated and team-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou can proactively generate creative solutions and improve servicesYou have attention to detail for accuracy and completeness, following established proceduresYou have strong oral and written communication skillsLife At NetwealthAt Netwealth, people are our core strength, and we invest in our employees no matter what stage of life they are in.
