The Team: The Medical Equipment Asset Management team is primarily responsible for the lifecycle asset management of complex and critical medical equipment that supports health services in Tasmania. This is achieved through the development and implementation of a Strategic Asset Management System to ensure the required level of service is delivered to consumers, the workforce, and the Tasmanian community. The Role: We are seeking a Medical Equipment Asset Analyst to strengthen the team across activities including asset management planning, data analytics, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The position supports the Manager in asset management activities to meet current and future health service delivery needs. You will need: Provide high-level support to the Manager - Asset Management - Medical Equipment regarding the development, management, and implementation of the DoH Medical Equipment Management Framework. Provide specialist advice, expertise, and assistance to other team members to meet program objectives. Coordinate and undertake asset management with a focus on meeting client needs and improving the sustainability of DoH medical equipment assets. Details of appointment: Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.
