Our Risk Partner business is managed through relevant agency structures.Opportunity for...We are seeking a highly proficient Business Analyst with specialized knowledge in B2B insurance products and hands-on experience in large-scale finance transformation projects. The successful candidate will analyze complex business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, technology, and data. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement effective technical solutions aligned with our business goals is essential.This role offers the chance to work with experienced industry experts on multiple initiatives in the finance space. The candidate will:Have a deep understanding of the improvement framework and excellent problem-solving skills, including defining, measuring, designing solutions, and managing change.Possess exceptional communication skills to listen, empathize, summarize, and provide feedback.Be self-motivated with hands-on project experience, focused on driving transformation, managing change, and facilitating delivery.Enjoy solving complex business problems and engaging stakeholders effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, measure, and analyze business problems with experts.Analyze existing systems, processes, and data workflows to identify areas for optimization.Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in a squad environment, ensuring compliance and best practices.Conduct data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making and insights.Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, Solution Architects, IT, and Risk & Compliance teams to understand requirements and co-design solutions.Provide technical guidance and support throughout projects.Lead and facilitate workshops.Create and prioritize user stories, develop business cases.Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance.Analyze financial and operational data to produce insights.Present findings and maintain communication channels with stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.Maintain knowledge of business analysis best practices and standards.Valued Skills and AttributesProven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on finance transformation and familiarity with finance data.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to map and visualize business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and other methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.Understanding of finance data, databases, and enterprise systems like accounting systems.Resilience and perseverance under pressure.Self-motivated, customer-centric, and team-oriented.Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience Required7+ years as a Business Analyst, with direct involvement in finance transformation projects.Agile mindset with a focus on delivering value iteratively.Experience in consulting is highly desirable.Insurance domain knowledge is advantageous but not necessary.Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business, Technology, or related fields such as Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Accounting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
