Our client, an award-winning technology consultancy, is seeking a Senior Unified Communications (UC) Engineer for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.This is a fantastic opportunity to be the technical authority on all client-facing UC projects, where you''ll leverage your expertise to architect, refine, and implement cutting-edge Cisco-based communication platforms, including Cisco Call Manager, Webex Calling, and Microsoft Teams.As a client-facing individual, you will be comfortable leading discussions with clients and actively contributing to securing new business opportunities.You can expect to be involved in:Collaborating with clients to design and implement Cisco UC solutions, encompassing Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco CCX.Guiding clients through the migration or upgrade of legacy systems to contemporary Cisco platforms.Delivering ongoing technical support for UC technologies, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless system operation.Partnering with internal teams to integrate UC systems within the client''s broader IT infrastructure.Providing pre-sales guidance to assist clients in selecting the most suitable UC solutions for their needs.Continuously monitoring UC system performance to guarantee peak efficiency.Tailoring and integrating platforms like Webex and Microsoft Teams with existing business systems for cohesive functionality.Required Skills and Experience:A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Unified Communications, with a preference for candidates possessing 10 years of experience.Proven expertise in the design, upgrade, and implementation (going beyond basic administration) of Cisco Call Manager.Experience in the administration, design, and implementation of Cisco CCX Contact Center solutions is highly desirable.Preferred experience in the design and implementation of Cisco Webex Calling.Experience in the design and implementation of Microsoft Teams Calling is advantageous.To be considered for the role click the ''apply'' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Nicole Oo via email: noo@paxus.com.auPaxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
