Position: Swim School Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and focused swimming professional to lead the successful Swim School team at Port Macquarie War Memorial Olympic Swimming Pool. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of aquatics programs, including YMCA NSW Swim School and school swimming lessons. Ensure staff are trained and competent in delivering swimming lessons and squad programs. Maintain a strong knowledge of the YMCA NSW Swim School program, educational trends, and industry development. Provide high-quality lessons, ensuring excellent customer service and engaging learning experiences for patrons. Manage budgets and KPIs effectively. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Qualifications and Experience: Passion for teaching swimming. Experience in team management and leadership. Knowledge of budget and KPI management. Strong stakeholder management skills. Current First Aid & CPR certifications. Swim Australia, Royal Life Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent). Swim Teacher Assessor qualification (desirable). Teacher of Infant and Preschool aquatics (desirable). Working with Children Check.
