Even if you only meet some of the criteria, wed love to hear from you.Build a rewarding career with an organisation that truly puts people first!Up to $51.51 per hour + superannuation + salary packaging benefitsFull time opportunity based in Dubbo, NSWAbout The OpportunityDrawing upon your real-life experience, coupled with skills learned through education and training, the Senior Peer Wellbeing Navigator will lead a team of Peers to support and represent people impacted by mental health challenges, psychological distress and substance use or addiction.This role will work with other disciplines to instil hope through positive self-disclosure and positive role modelling, offering practical ways of overcoming day-to-day barriers and by challenging each other to try new things.Main responsibilities of the role include:Providing leadership, coaching and supervisionSatisfy reporting requirementsProviding intentional peer supportProviding one on one service navigation and care planningFacilitating group sessionsCapacity buildingSupport engagement with clinical supports.
