PHE has a new opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor with underground mining experience to join us on a project in New South Wales. You will assist the Superintendent and work with the team to make the project a success with your skills and experience. You should demonstrate proven experience in a similar role and have the ability to deliver the project on time, maintaining the company''s excellent reputation with the client. This role offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for career advancement in the mining industry. It is based on a 2 and 1 roster at a remote underground mine site. Flights, camp accommodation, and meals are provided. About The Role Undertake project-specific tasks as directed by the Superintendent. Lead a team of Leading Hands and Electricians. Set an example for safety on site. Report task status and forecast outcomes related to time, cost, scope, and quality when required. Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with project management methodologies. Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities. About You You will bring the following skills and experience: A positive attitude. Enjoy problem-solving. Excellent leadership in safety. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience. Previous underground mining experience. Mining Supervisor (S123) certification is desirable but not essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel. Experience with project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera. Quality management experience. Budget management experience. The Successful Candidate Will Have Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech. NSW Electrical License. High-risk work license (WP class) is desirable but not essential. Recent completion of Working at Heights training (within the last 16 months) is desirable. Current CPR/LVR certification (within the last 9 months). Current unrestricted C Class Drivers License. White or Blue Construction Card. All tickets and licenses must be current to commence on-site and be valid for employment with PHE.
