The driving force behind our business is our people and having recently been voted Employer of Choice 2024, we are excited to continue our collective journey as one of the top wine companies in the world.About the RoleWe are now searching for a Shopper Marketing Manager to be based in Sydney to create and implement our Shopper Marketing Strategy involving direct collaboration with independent off premise customer groups. The Shopper Marketing Manager (Independents Off Premise) will understand the behaviour of shoppers within the various banners and profitably grow sales by engaging with them through driving insight-led activations on the path to purchase. The Shopper Marketing Manager (Independents Off Premise) will ensure activations will be executed in line with Country Shopper Marketing Plans and within agreed budgets and will optimise investment for the business and positively impact our brands.This is a full time, permanent position.Role ResponsibilitiesCreate, execute, and deliver comprehensive multi-channel shopper marketing strategies and annual activation plans based on shopper insights, ensuring the right message reaches the right shopper at the right time, on budget, and in alignment with channel and market profitabilityWork collaboratively with category, marketing, sales and finance leads to recommend the optimal annual shopper marketing strategy for independent off premise groups in line with the Accolade business strategy and annual planning process timelineContinuously explore new trends in shopper behaviour, technology, and retail innovations that could enhance the shopper marketing strategyPresent, workshop and build joint business plans with the Account team and sales teamsDevelop shopper campaigns and customer plans in collaboration with independent off premise customer groups, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Influence and present to key decision-makers to ensure alignment and effective executionDefine the shopper and their current behaviour to deliver to their needs and drive behaviour change that positively impacts consumption of the brandEnsure on-going customer understanding and continually building strategic relationships with key marketing and retailer contactsTrack and report on marketing campaign results, adjusting as necessary to optimise outcomes.
