A Day in the Life As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for: Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 members Driving the Ghanda values with your store team Maintaining high store presentation standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximize floor space return Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and ensuring store and team compliance About You Well know youre the right fit if you are someone who: Has demonstrated leadership experience, leads from the front, empowers your team, and embodies our organizational values Thinks customer first, masters the fundamentals, and takes retail seriously Has experience in retail or hospitality roles (not mandatory, as we value the right attitude over experience) If you think youre the next best thing to hit the #GhandaGang, we cant wait to hear from you!
