This exciting opportunity is part of our new Learning Operating Model, providing centralized training planning and scheduling services. This 18-month fixed-term role, starting Monday, 28th July 2025, involves working closely with stakeholders to coordinate externally delivered training, develop annual training plans, and support training activities. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to plan, schedule, record, and report on training activities. Managing training sessions within the Learning Management System (LMS). Liaising with external providers to ensure effective training delivery. Administering training records accurately and timely. Managing purchasing activities, including raising and closing Purchase Orders. Proposing improvements to enhance training planning and scheduling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS 365 Suite is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience in training planning or scheduling is preferred but not mandatory. Remuneration & Employment Details Salary: $101,000 plus 12.75% superannuation. Based in Brisbane CBD. Employment start date: Monday, 28th July 2025.
