With 517 refurbished rooms, 10 conference rooms, and multiple food and beverage outlets, the Front Office Team is looking for a Full Time Front Office All Rounder (Part Time considered for the right candidate). Mercure Sydney is seeking a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join our energetic and welcoming team. Your responsibilities include: Providing outstanding, personalized, and engaging service to make every guest feel at home. Managing guest check-ins and check-outs and maintaining accounts through our PMS, Opera. Responding to guest inquiries with a positive and solution-focused approach. Collaborating daily with departments like Food & Beverage and Housekeeping to coordinate guest needs, requests, and experiences. Ensuring the collection and delivery of guest luggage. Responding to guest requests and queries. Providing knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful information services. Maintaining clean and presentable workstations and hotel lobby. Qualifications Experience working in Front Office is advantageous. A warm and friendly demeanor with the ability to make genuine connections with guests. Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with guests. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent grooming and pride in personal presentation.
