This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on children, parents, and the team.Involved: Engage with the school community, attend events and assemblies.Innovation: Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on childrens preferences.Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Fun: Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.Remarkable: Support in ensuring your program complies with industry regulations.The Successful Candidate:Ideally, you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential we can train you!You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a big kid at heart! You are a confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun!Relevant Diploma qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
