Daily duties include: Leading all essential day-to-day activities of the Concrete Batch Plant including leading Agitator Drivers and Loader Operators in daily tasks Batching of the correct concrete mix using COMMAND, and allocating and loading trucks to ensure a smooth operation Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements Liaising with internal and external supplies for supply and stock control Engaging with customers and responding to enquiries General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance About You Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience. Sound knowledge of concrete, including identifying class of concrete, slump, cement types and water/cement ratios Basic to intermediate computer literacy Current WA HR drivers licence Current WA White Card About Us BGC Concrete is a proudly Western Australian owned, industry leading business with multiple plant locations throughout the Perth metro area.
