Position: Inclusion Support Assistant (Secondary Campus) This is a casual position during school terms, school days ONLY (25 hours a week). The successful applicants will work collaboratively with teachers to assist students in achieving their individual educational goals and support them in programs set by the teachers. This includes working with students on an individual basis and within small groups across all subject areas in the Secondary Campus. Education Requirements Year 12 Certificate Essential Criteria Commitment to contribute to the mission and Catholic ethos of the College Ability to support students with Literacy and Numeracy needs Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Current Ochre Card (or ability to obtain one) Strong communication skills, both oral and written Desirable Criteria Ability to quickly understand the operations of the school Work experience in an educational setting Cert IV in Education Support or Diploma in Education Support Working towards a relevant diploma or degree Interested persons are invited to submit an application including a cover letter addressing the essential criteria and a resume with 3 referees.
