The OpportunityAt Infinite Aged Care, our Hospitality Assistants play a key role in meeting our residents daily needs. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work as part of the Hotel Services team, responsible for activities including food preparation, service, in-room service, and maintaining clean dining areas.The RolePrepare, plate, and serve food to residents.Clean kitchen and dining areas, including equipment.Washing up, loading, and unloading dishwashers.Maintain excellent safety awareness, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.Create enjoyable dining experiences for elderly residents.This role involves physical activity such as bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing. You must perform these tasks safely to prevent injury to yourself, colleagues, and residents.About YouAt least 6 months of kitchen experience, preferably in aged care.Strong safety awareness, ability to follow procedures, and good communication skills.Support residents and ensure a hazard-free environment in dining areas.Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and quick thinking.Excellent interpersonal skills.Hardworking, flexible, with good availability for shifts.Bring genuine care and compassion to mealtimes.Who Are We?Infinite Aged Care is a leading provider of residential aged care services with 17 facilities across Australia.
